We are currently looking for aGroup Head Investment (Digital)to join us.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Investment Director

Measures of success
- Complete knowledge of your client benchmarks
- Completely hands on with the deal structuring how to approach negotiations standard SOPs for the clients etc.
- Run the show all by yourself with guidance / direction from the Investment Director
- Enhanced internal and external relationships.
What the person will need to be:
- High commitment & passion towards learning growing & moving up your career
- Extremely flexible attitude and an ability to read between the lines
- Quick turnaround time & sharp analytical skills
- A strong commercial negotiator able to gauge good value for our clients and influence senior people within large media companies to deliver it
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Negotiate best in class media rates and placements for our clients
- Work closely with the GroupM trading community
- Brainstorming & Ideating Efficiencies to negotiate position upgrades during execution
- To contribute towards innovation / idea generation
- To assist in sponsorship negotiations and management
- Compliance against internal / External Audit
- Creating internal reports work on reports for the clients
- Rigorous tracking of deals as per audit norms
- Help team with market intelligence & structured data
