Agentic Architecture Lead
Job Title: Agentic Architecture Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and technically skilledAgentic Architecture Lead to design lead and evolve the architectural foundation for agentic systems intelligent goaldriven agents capable of autonomous decisionmaking and collaboration. You will spearhead initiatives to create scalable modular and adaptive architectures that support multiagent coordination autonomy and integration across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and evolution ofagentic system architectures for distributed intelligent agents.
- Define standards principles and patterns foragent autonomy communication and coordination.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with AI/ML product infrastructure and security teams.
- Architect frameworks to supportmultiagent orchestration goal alignment memory and reflection.
- Establish best practices forsafe explainable and trustworthy agent behavior.
- Guide teams in integratingLLMs symbolic reasoning andRL/ML pipelines into agent systems.
- Ensure the architecture supportsscalability extensibility and performance in realtime environments.
- Contribute to internal tools that monitor and optimize agentic behavior and system health.
- Provide architectural mentorship to engineering teams and review critical design decisions.
Requirements:
MustHave:
- 8 years in software architecture including 3 inautonomous systems AI agents or similar.
- Strong experience withmultiagent systems LLM integration or cognitive architectures.
- Expertise in designingeventdriven serviceoriented ormicroservice architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g. Python Go Java Rust).
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a systems thinking mindset.
NicetoHave:
- Knowledge ofagent simulation environments e.g. OpenAI Gym Unity MLAgents.
- Familiarity with concepts likeTheory of Mind recursive selfimprovement or agent modeling.
- Experience with knowledge graphs embeddings vector databases and memory architectures.
- Exposure tosafe AGI alignment or humanAI interaction frameworks.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree inComputer ScienceSoftware EngineeringArtificial Intelligence or a related technical fieldrequired.
- Masters degree orPh.D. inArtificial IntelligenceCognitive ScienceMachine LearningSystems Engineering or a closely related disciplinepreferred.
- Proven academic or research exposure toautonomous agentsmultiagent systems orintelligent architectures is a strong advantage.
