Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Agentic AI to join our client engagement with AT&T in Plano TX. The consultant will work closely with business and technology teams to design implement and optimize advanced AI-driven data solutions.
Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI models and pipelines to enhance business decision-making.

Build test and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Perform data preprocessing analysis and visualization to generate insights.

Conduct research on Agentic AI frameworks and techniques to continuously improve model performance.

Document processes and present findings to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
-
6 years of experience as a Data Scientist.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and architectures.

Strong knowledge of Python PyTorch TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks.

Expertise in LLMs Reinforcement Learning or Multi-Agent Systems.

Solid background in data analysis statistics and mathematical modeling.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Preferred Qualifications

Telecom industry experience.

Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
