Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing highlevel support to agents by receiving reviewing filing and tracking insurance applications and other various types of paperwork. The position requires ensuring accuracy quality control and adherence to processes while also collaborating with agents and carriers to resolve inconsistencies or missing information.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review submitted applications provide quality control and submit necessary corrections to carriers.

  • Enter data from documents into the computer system following predefined formats.

  • Maintain records of completed work and ensure proper routing or database submission of entered information.

  • Collaborate with agents and clients to initiate cancellation of policies.

  • Navigate agent portals to gather and report accurate information.

  • Take ownership of processes for new carriers and ensure smooth integration.

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred or3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with CRM preferred.

  • Advanced problemsolving skills related to data entry data analysis and data evaluation.

  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures supporting company goals and values.

  • Effectively manage time and complete tasks efficiently.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Convey a friendly positive attitude while maintaining professionalism.
