Washburn Center for Children serves nearly 4800 children ages 018 and approximately 11000 family members each year. Washburn Centers three office locations Brooklyn Park Edina and Minneapolis serve the entire Twin Cities metro area. Position Summary
The Recruiting Lead will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team driving talent acquisition strategies that support our mission. This role is responsible for managing and executing the fullcycle recruitment process building talent pipelines and ensuring an equitable inclusive and valuesaligned candidate experience. The Recruiting Lead will play a critical role in shaping the workforce that delivers highquality mental health care for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the fullcycle recruitment process for clinical programmatic administrative and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs develop job descriptions and create tailored sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a strong diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing networking job fairs partnerships and community outreach.
Ensure a positive missioncentered candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Develop and report on recruitment metrics (timetofill source of hire diversity outcomes etc.) and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate across the agency to advance diversity equity inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in hiring practices.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) processes ensuring data integrity and consistent documentation.
Support employer branding initiatives in partnership with the marketing and communications team to increase visibility within the mental health and nonprofit sectors.
Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques equitable hiring practices and candidate evaluation.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of recruitment experience preferably including healthcare nonprofit or missionbased organizations.
Demonstrated ability to source and recruit diverse talent across clinical and nonclinical roles.
Strong knowledge of equitable hiring practices and commitment to DEIB.
Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS tools.
Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting in mental health social services or child and family services.
Familiarity with employment laws credentialing requirements and clinical licensure processes.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Vacation: Paid Vacation accrues at 10 hours of vacation per month up to 15 days / 120 hours annually.
Sick Leave: Paid sick leave accrues at 6.68 hours of sick per month up to 10 days / 80 hours.
Holidays: There are 2.5 days/20 hours of floating holidays per year in addition to the eight standard holidays.
