Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth efficient and timely flow of products into Busch Systems from suppliers and out to customers. This role plays a key part in supporting daily logistics operations collaborating closely Operations Teams to optimize delivery processes and maintain service excellence.


Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

Coordinate Logistics Operations:

Oversee daytoday logistics activities including inbound and outbound shipments.

Order & Shipment Processing:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders shipping schedules and product deliveries.

Shipping Documentation:

Prepare and manage necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments including customs paperwork and compliance forms.

Issue Resolution:

Work with suppliers freight carriers and internal stakeholders to quickly resolve any issues related to damaged goods delivery delays or shipment discrepancies.

Cost & Efficiency Optimization:

Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing transportation and handling costs.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about industry regulations customs requirements and trade compliance to ensure all logistics operations meet legal standards.

CrossDepartment Collaboration:

Liaise with the Operations and Procurement teams to coordinate stock availability and meet customer expectations.

Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Vendor Manager to support business needs.
