For this role you need to be based in Stockholm Sweden and work from the office at least 3 days per week.
What youll do
Process and organize financial documentation including receipts invoices and expense reports
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
Assist with payroll processing and salaryrelated documentation
Assist with monthend close procedures and financial reconciliations
Coordinate with external accounting firms in Sweden and the US
Help maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
Manage onboarding tasks for new and existing customer accounts
Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives
Support the preparation of basic financial reports and analyses
Assist with adhoc finance projects and administrative tasks
This will help you succeed
Minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting bookkeeping or a financerelated role
Proficiency with Excel and experience with accounting/ERP software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Fluency in English
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or equivalent experience
