You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Head of Infrastructure and Operations will be responsible for team management project management business continuity procurement activities and strategic development of the IT infrastructure and operations environment.
Manages all IT technical operations including infrastructure applications and middleware;
Oversees software configuration integration and implementation;
Provides full support (24/7) for all IT systems and applications;
Develops and implements strategic goals and operational plans;
Monitors and reports infrastructure status to ensure 100% business continuity;
Ensures the technical team is trained and uptodate with current technologies;
Supports planning and implementation of new or upgraded systems;
Coordinates with IT staff and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations;
Drives process improvement and operational changes in alignment with business strategy.
Establishes budget planning controls and monitors budget expenditure to meet budget indicators.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external partners;
Mediates conflicts and strengthens business partnerships.
Analyzes team performance and prepares strategic reports;
Sends requested reports to the Operational Committee regarding KPIs strategy and department updates.
Provides coaching and support to team members for skills development;
Participates in recruitment and ensures team capacity and performance;
Facilitates team meetings and promotes collaboration;
Acts as a mentor manages conflict resolution and fosters continuous learning;
Evaluates team performance and implements personalized development plans;
Applies HR tools and contributes to companywide initiatives.
Makes timely and critical operational decisions under pressure;
Independently takes actions that significantly impact operational efficiency and team performance;
Acts promptly to resolve issues and overcome challenges.
Fluent in French and English;
Relevant work experience including 5 years in management or strategic IT activities;
Business Focus understand business operations strategy and be resultsdriven;
Leadership lead teams effectively mentor others take ownership drive performance;
Strong communication abilities give/receive feedback and work well with stakeholders;
Plan and prioritize efficiently meet deadlines and manage time well;
Analytical detailoriented make sound decisions find innovative solutions;
