Location: Ghatkopar Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs
Salary Range: Upto 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition

  • Lead endtoend recruitment processes: drafting job advertisements screening CVs conducting interviews and managing offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies procedures and best practices supporting a fair and inclusive workplace.
  • Coordinate onboarding inductions and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Maintain and update HR systems records and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support performance development and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams for accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Assist in delivering employee engagement inclusion and diversity and recognition programmes.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive positive organisational change and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience HR Recruitment and People Support

  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar human resources role ideally with recruitment responsibilities.
  • Sound understanding of UK employment law HR policies and best practice talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
