Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Location : Mumbai
Client : YBL
Notice Period : 3060 days
Experience Required : 2 years
Mandatory Skillset : EMC Pmax/Vmax
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1) Storage provisioning of physical and virtual servers.
2) Assisting in the development of storage management policy configuration and management of disk array storage virtualization Storage allocation Zoning SAN fabric / switches
3) Auto provisioning in PMAX
4) Performs software/firmware management assistance and collaboration.
5) Implements Incident and change management requests.
6) Manages migration activities (monitor reports).
7) NFS CIFS & SVM creation
8) Netapp DRdrill activities
9) Basic idea of cabling from storage to switch and switch to server (to be able to guide DC team with cabling tasks)
10) Vendor management and PoC for OEM as and when required
11) Time finder SNAP handson experience.
12) Partial Storage reclamation
13) Knowledge and experience in Server decommissioning process
14) Knowledge and experience in Storage decommissioning process
15) Troubleshooting of ISL/ICL related issues
16) Assist in Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document for the Storage Administration along with customer team.
17) Capacity Reporting and planning
18) Performance monitoring and reporting
