Job Description
Coders Connect has partnered with Sanofi a global healthcare leader to drive digital innovation across its M&S Accelerator.
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Platform Engineer to build powerful tools and infrastructure that empower development teams and accelerate innovation across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and optimize internal platforms that enhance developer productivity.
- Develop and maintain tools shared libraries and cloudnative infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with engineering squads to reduce technical overhead and improve DX (Developer Experience).
- Build reusable CI/CD templates CLI tools and infrastructureascode (IaC) modules.
- Lead proofofconcept initiatives to improve platform standards and adopt new technologies.
- Provide crossteam support technical documentation and architectural guidance.
- Help define core abstractions and APIs that serve as building blocks across products.
- Advocate best practices for cloudnative development reliability and security.
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in software or platform engineering.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/ and experience building internal tools or SDKs.
- Handson experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation (GitHub Actions ArgoCD etc.).
- Solid understanding of complex API systems and cloudnative architecture.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with teams in a collaborative international environment.
- Experience in system security monitoring and optimization is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
