We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Marketing Manager to help manage crossfunctional projects and programs streamline communication with vendors and partners lead a team of marketing specialists and drive impactful digital and social media strategies.
What s Involved
Project & Program Management
Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to ensure projects are well defined prioritized and executed on time.
Serve as the key point of contact for agents photographers vendors and digital agencies to support marketing initiatives.
Manage the intake queue using Asana reviewing incoming requests and determining project scope.
Act as a liaison with various internal teams ensuring alignment on deliverables timelines and goals.
Ensure all projects meet the Marketing and Creative Services team s criteria and facilitate necessary triage processes.
Coordinate with external partners including print vendors Xerox and Canada Post.
Oversee financial transactions department invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure all assets and deliverables are clearly communicated to all relevant teams.
Vendor Management
Oversee the delivery and service levels of the Media Portal and ensure all marketing services align with company standards.
Manage the vendor portfolio including updating service descriptions price lists and liaising with subcontractors.
Provide support to agents regarding real estate services materials and estimates for marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with photographers and vendors for creative assets including photography virtual staging and printing.
Address agent complaints regarding services and resolve issues promptly.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in preparing both long and shortterm marketing plans focusing on promotional strategies materials pricing policies and budgets.
Supervise a team of marketing specialists to execute marketing campaigns and strategies effectively.
Lead the planning and execution of brokerage marketing campaigns and events.
Develop implement and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g.
Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok) to build brand awareness drive engagement and support lead generation.
Monitor assess and optimize the effectiveness of marketing and social media campaigns using performance analytics and KPIs.
Stay current on social media trends and platform updates integrating best practices into broader marketing efforts.
Develop and implement targeted onboarding strategies for new teams ensuring seamless integration with our goals.
Support with any other duties that may be required from time to time.
Talent Specs
Bachelor s degree in marketing business or related field.
Proven experience (3 years) in project management marketing or vendor coordination or management.
Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer or similar).
Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media campaigns including paid advertising.
Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar).
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy campaign execution and vendor management.
Experience with Meta Ads TikTok Ads Google Ads Google Analytics Landingi (or similar platforms) and Delivra (or equivalent tools) is an asset
Exceptional communication organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
Experience in supervising and mentoring marketing professionals is an asset.
