Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events property showcases and client functions. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics managing event materials and ensuring each event runs smoothly and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail communication skills and a desire to grow within the real estate and event management fields.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning organizing and executing propertyrelated events and client gatherings
Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics
Prepare event materials promotional items and setup needs
Support onsite event operations including registration guest coordination and troubleshooting
Maintain detailed event records schedules and budgets
Collaborate with the Events Manager and marketing team to meet event goals
Conduct postevent evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in Hospitality Communications or related field preferred
12 years of experience in event coordination hospitality or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
