Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers ensuring their inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues and determining the best solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate communication
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed
Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is strongly preferred
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
