Leadership and Team Management:
- Guide a team of CRM Campaign Managers in the region fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Provide agile troubleshooting and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across diverse teams and regions.
- Coordinate tasks and topics at the regional level including CRM planning and exchange with Country Heads for local activities and promotions.
- Manage feedback and coordinate individual team members.
CRM Campaign Management:
- Drive the business for manual Campaign Management by implementing Central Campaign activities and local activities based on country needs.
- Support manual and automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touchpoint aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
- Leverage stateoftheart development and testing approaches combined with modern technology to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure consistency streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing across regions and with other Team leads and CRM Campaign Managers.
- Benchmark and provide new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios.
Optional Support:
- Plan execute A/B test and analyse sampling/inserts into parcels (e.g. Own Brand brochure new customer leaflet food samples).
- Manage postal print mailings from conception to execution and reporting including agency selection graphics briefing coupon code generation customer segmentation sendout and results analysis. Act as the single point of contact for external print agencies.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of CRM experience with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- BSc degree in business administration ecommerce marketing technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes ideally with experience in FMCG; analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers and driving Customer Lifetime Value.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. International mindset with a demonstrated ability to work across diverse teams and regions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex highimpact projects.
- Passionate with high ambition towards firstclass strategy and execution.
- Creative and pragmatic problem solver not just a passion for managing managers.
- Handson agile and quick thinker with solid conceptual skills and proven ability to derive them into concrete plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possessing a high level of integrity and ethics.
