Job Title: Physiotherapist specialized in Pelvic Health Clinical Pilates and/or Vestibular/Concussion Physiotherapy
Location: 3605 Gilmore Way Burnaby BC.
Position/Hours: PartTime to FullTime position available
Competitive Salary/Rate: Independent Contractor with competitive split & busy case load. Fee Split offers: $126$147/hour
Reports to: Director of Integrative Health

Using advanced neurosciencebased therapies our highly experienced team of Doctors and Allied Health practitioners are passionate about helping people optimize brain and body performance functional recovery wellbeing and vitality.
We offer a blend of MSP extended care and private pay services to reduce the development of chronic pain before it happens and find ways to alleviate it when it impacts quality of life. You have a special interest in acute and chronic pain management and offer a variety of therapies for patients including active therapy education and manual therapy. You hold a valid Physiotherapy license in British Columbia and are looking to develop a longterm clinical practice. You hold individual commercial liability and 2 million dollars of personal liability insurance and you are currently and/or are eligible to register with ICBC billing.
Clinical experience and specialized training is required. There is an overflow of patients in need of pelvic health clinical Pilates and/or vestibular and concussion care. We have advanced equipment and a large rehabilitation space which includes a Pilates Reformer. Looking for the right practitioner(s) to service our large patient population base.
Job Description:
Musculoskeletal health and active recovery are key pillars in our integrated health model. As a member of our allied health team you will be receiving referrals from our Medical Services Integrative Pain Services and Community networks.
You will be responsible for comprehensive patient care which includes comprehensive assessment delivery of services and appropriate documentation. A broad range of clients will be received with varying functional capacity disability comorbidities and injury history (ex. MVA/ICBC sport veterans and perisurgical). You will work closely with our medical and allied health teams to deliver an integrated effective and comprehensive care plan for shared patients.
Additionally the ideal candidate also has interest and competency to support and contribute to the development of our graduate fellowship program. Supporting mentorship supervision and training for developing physiotherapists. As a mature therapist you have the option also to act as an instructor in our Group Medical Visits. This involves cofacilitating along with a medical physician virtual education. This includes targeted information and exercises for various pain and functional conditions as well as advanced pain neuroscience and the biopsychosocial approach to pain.
For those who are interested unique forwardthinking initiatives are also available: Participation in provincially and nationally funded research including various projects supporting the health of Canadian Veterans and more. Teaching for medical students and residents from the UBC faculty of Medicine. Lastly complex multidisciplinary team assessments and medical legal reports are readily available.
