Our IT Department Connect is currently are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Team Coach to facilitate Agile practices and empower teams to deliver exceptional value. This role is pivotal in fostering highperforming team dynamics building Agile capabilities and driving continuous improvement across the Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
You will be responsible for coaching teams in excellent Agile practices such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe removing impediments and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency. By championing builtin quality relentless improvement and selfmanagement youll guide teams toward aligned goals and impactful outcomes.

This is a fulltime (37.5 hours/week) fixed term role for 6 months. Our offices are based in Newmarket Auckland and we offer a hybrid working model.

The ideal candidate is a servant leader and experienced Agile practitioner with strong coaching facilitation and interpersonal skills.
