Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hotels business goals.
Ensure all digital activities adhere to Accors brand guidelines and digital standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor digital activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
2. Website & SEO Management:
Optimize the hotels website performance content and booking conversion rates.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine ranking and visibility.
Collaborate with Accors digital teams to update content promotions and special offers.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing:
Manage and grow the hotels presence across social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
Develop engaging content including text images and videos to enhance audience engagement.
Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost digital reach and engagement.
4. Online Advertising & Performance Marketing:
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads etc.).
Optimize digital advertising spend to maximize ROI and direct bookings.
Track and analyze campaign performance making datadriven recommendations for improvement.
5. Email Marketing & CRM:
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to engage past and potential guests.
Work with Accors CRM tools to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
6. Ecommerce & OTA Management:
Optimize the hotels presence on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as and Expedia.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to implement pricing strategies that maximize online sales.
7. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report key digital performance metrics (website traffic social media engagement conversion rates etc.).
Utilize tools like Google Analytics Facebook Insights and Accors digital dashboard to measure success.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Director of Business Development.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or a related field.
35 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM Google Ads social media marketing and content creation.
Experience in using Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Accors digital tools and systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
