Job Description
In this full time and/or parttime role (two vacancies) based at Epworth Eastern (Box Hill) you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver patient food services. You will be part of the Food Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.
You will make an impact by:

- Strong focus on patient and staff safety and staff wellbeing.
To be successful in this role
You are an experienced confident supervisor with welldeveloped interpersonal skills. You are a born leader with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You have a cando attitude and adaptable to all situations. You also have a high work ethic to deliver exceptional service.
You will have:
- Business Management Diploma (preference in Hospitality Management)
- More than 5 years experience as a supervisor in a hospital or aged care operation
- Experience leading team of more than 8 staff per shift
- Experience and knowledge of Food Safety compliance
- Experience in process improvement within food services.
