This position is great for someone who enjoys taking the lead thrives on multitasking and wants to play a key role in supporting both the team and the business. Were not looking for someone to just follow a script we want a proactive thinker a selfstarter and someone whos ready to take initiative make informed decisions and help shape the way we do business. We provide the systems and support you bring the initiative leadership and drive.
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone email and inperson with professionalism and courtesy.
Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain and update customer databases ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Perform data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail
Manage accounts receivable and payable including overseeing some collection activities.
Support financial reporting and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborate with management to stay informed on new products services and policy updates.
Communicate key customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Use independent judgment to make decisions that improve workflow and customer experience
Identify and implement process improvements across customer service and office functions
Act as a goto resource for both internal teams and customerfacing challenges
Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in handling financial data
Prior experience managing or supervising a small team
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping accounts payable/receivable and basic financial reporting
Experience with Quick Books preferred (or similar accounting software)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field is a plus
Competitive Salary: $50000$60000/year based on experience
