We are seeking an energetic and customer focused ELR Manager to join the Labor Relations team in Tucson AZ! This individual will be responsible for development and implementation of Labor Relations strategies that support operational goals and promote an ongoing positive work environment. With minimal oversight the candidate of choice is responsible for administration of company policy and labor procedures responding to employee concerns lead projects focused on development of operational leaders and positioning yourself as a trusted resource on a wide range of HR inquiries. The successful candidate will support Tucsons Labor Relations team and report to the Associate Director of Labor Relations.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
