Job Description
Job Summary:
Were looking for a driven and creative intern to join our NextGeneration Sales Engine initiative. Youll work at the intersection of sales marketing and AI to build cuttingedge experiments and helping design a scalable tool to integrate marketing and sales to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the build and implementation of AI driven next best actions to drive both efficiency and effectiveness of our field force.
- Analyze sales funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth
- Test and iterate on new tools and workflows that improve rep efficiency
- Identify opportunities to integrate digital marketing campaigns marketing qualified leads with sales tools for effective pull through.
- Assist in building playbooks and documentation for scalable sales processes.
- Collaborate with the sales marketing and data teams to help the roll out of new tools
- Contribute to internal dashboards or reports tracking outreach performance and customer insights.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing Data Science or a related field.
- Interest in sales systems automation and AIpowered business processes.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfort with spreadsheets basic data analysis or CRM tools.
- Strong writing communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python SQL AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Previous work on sales or marketing roles
- Familiarity with API integrations and automation design.
The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position:
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Associatelevel degree: $16.00 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Undergraduatelevel degree: $20.00 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursing a Graduatelevel degree: $32.50 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Doctoratelevel degree: $36.00 per hour
The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California Connecticut District of Columbia Illinois (Chicago area) Massachusetts New Jersey New York Washington (Seattle area):
Student pursuing an Associatelevel degree: $17.00 per hour
Student pursuing an Undergraduatelevel degree: $22.00 per hour
Student pursing a Graduatelevel degree: $36.40 per hour
Student pursuing a Doctoratelevel degree: $40.30 per hour
