Job Description
The Role
With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity Internally Driven Fun and Respect the Recruitment Support Specialist in collaboration with recruitment account management and the operations team will be responsible for the successful delivery of prequalified candidates to assist with filling complex customer staffing needs.
What Youll Be Doing
- Complete candidate submission into client portals
- Revise candidate resumes and profiles as needed
- Build candidate nursing profiles in collaboration with Recruiters
- Performs general workflow tasks in company ATS
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with recruitment and account management
- Supports recruitment through delivery effectiveness
Great Things to Have
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment
- Retains information can work independently as well as in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to ask/answer open ended questions
What We Look For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a staffing or recruitment setting or position (preferred)
- Experience working in customer service (preferred)
Compensation/Benefits Information
- The estimated base pay for this position is $20.00/Hourly
- Base pay will vary based on internal equity candidates skills and professional experience geographic location market and other potential factors.

- This role will be joining the TotalMed internal corporate organization.
