About the Role
We are looking for a strategicdatadrivenand businessorientedSenior DirectorAnalytics to lead our analytics leader will be responsible for driving dataled decisionmaking across the organization building scalable analytics practices and unlocking value from data to support business growth.
A Day in the Life
- Lead the endtoend analytics strategy including data modeling BI tools forecasting and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders (Product Engineering Marketing Finance and Operations) to align analytics with strategic goals.
- Build and manage a highperforming analytics team mentoring talent and establishing best practices.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence product innovation customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Own analytics frameworks dashboards and performance metrics for key business areas.
- Drive automation and scalability in data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality governance and infrastructure scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends in data science AI/ML and analytics tools to ensure innovation in approach and technology adoption.
What You Need
- 12 years of experience in analytics data science or business intelligence with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in SQL Python/R and working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI Looker etc.).
- Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams in highgrowth environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
- Experience working with large datasets cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake Redshift BigQuery).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
