We are looking for a fired up sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.
Ahoy. Weve moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouths beautiful Custom House Quay in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour there are views of the water from just about every table as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. We dont think were being bigheaded when we say its one of the best spots in town for an alfresco drink and bite to eat but dont just take our word for it.
As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and duties will include managing stock via ordering weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
