Location: New Farm Brisbane QLD

Job Type: FullTime Immediate Start Available

Reports to: HR Manager HRBP

Role Overview

As our Recruitment & HR Advisor youll take charge of our endtoend recruitment and onboarding processes working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the business. Your work will directly influence the strength of our team and culture. This role is perfect for someone ready to roll up their sleeves think creatively and help scale a growing hospitality brand with bold ambitions.

What Youll Be Doing

Recruitment Strategy & Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies across job boards social media and referrals.
  • Collaborate with venue and head office managers to forecast hiring needs and fill roles quickly.
  • Craft compelling onbrand job ads that reflect company culture.
  • Manage resume screening conduct phone interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Ensure a smooth timely candidate experience aligned with company values.

Onboarding and Employee Experience Champion

  • Manage the entire onboarding process from offer to day one including handling paperwork compliance and system setups (TANDA SharePoint Police Checks & VEVOs Chekcks References).
  • Ensure new hires feel welcomed and confident setting the tone for a positive work environment.
  • Assist in HR projects for the franchisee network and gather feedback through surveys to enhance the employee experience.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager/HRBP with operational HR compliance tasks and projects.
