Job Summary
We are hiring a remote Destinations Coordinator to support clients in organizing personalized travel experiences. In this role you will assist travelers by researching planning and coordinating accommodations activities and transportation based on their needs and preferences.
This is a clientfacing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently are detailoriented and are passionate about creating meaningful travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel needs and design custom itineraries
- Research destinations lodging tours and transportation options
- Coordinate reservations using online tools and supplier platforms
- Maintain organized records of bookings preferences and communication
- Monitor travel regulations and destination updates to inform planning
- Provide timely and professional support before and during travel
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using booking tools and webbased systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Access to a personal computer and a reliable internet connection
- Prior experience in travel event planning or customer service preferred
