Salary is EUR 1000 per month gross with bonuses

About Our Client
Our client is a leading Social Media brand.
What Youll Do

Support highlevel clients and help them grow across multiple channels including chat email and phone.

Expand and enhance the selfservice advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising space.

Provide pre and postsales support for selfservice products to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with ad delivery concerns ensuring timely resolution.

Offer proactive solutions to help clients maximize their experience and success on the platform.

Share valuable product feedback and insights from customers to help improve services.
What Youll Need

Nativelevel written and verbal communication skills in Polish.

Good knowledge of English (B2 level).

Basic computer skills are a must with preference for advanced skills like coding.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Excellent communication skills: verbal written and listening.

A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.

The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.

Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday including rotating weekends.
