What You Will Do in This Role

As a Content Moderator you will:

• Take an active role in seeking opportunities to enhance service and improve user experience from the very beginning.

• Review audit and moderate content from customers and ensure compliance with copyright regulations.

• Monitor user behavior and ensure social media policies are adhered to while adapting to evolving circumstances.

• Analyze reports according to protocols maintaining a high standard of quality in each evaluation.

• Act as a key point of moderation between social media users applying guidelines in line with nuanced and contextsensitive policies.

• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues including sensitive or businesscritical situations.

Your Qualifications

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Are fluent in both German (C1) and English (B2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields.

• Are customerfocused with excellent service skills.

• Have the ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fastpaced highproduction environment.

• Work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Are able to multitask think critically and communicate effectively.

• Are a fast learner and a diligent worker.
