Job Description & Responsibilities
- Leading the existing team of Market Data Analysts to ensure a high output while maintaining the quality of work.
- Be the point of contact for process migrations and training the team on it.
- Resolving queries raised by the team members.
- Along with team handling they will be required to research the classification of market data subscribers status by using online tools and resources to identify and correctly classify these subscribers.
- Reconcile and process market data invoices timely and accurately matching with contracts & variable volumes
- Deliver accurate and timely client support and issue resolution
- Provide effective communication and/or status updates on market data issues
- Organize and maintain an accurate accounting of Market Dataassociated costs
- Participate in projects and department initiatives to implement process improvements provide highquality delivery of our services and exceed client expectations
- Develop clear and accurate documentation to reflect the current representation of the environment
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelors degree or higher with a major or concentration in Finance Economics Accounting or Information Systems etc.
- 5 years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a smallteam environment work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Technologyoriented with excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent quantitative/analytical and problemsolving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in the use of Excel to present data clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in JIRA issue tracking and Confluence collaboration tools
- Financial InformationAssociate and FISD Data Licensing (Desirable)
