DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Support Consultant with expertise in Core HR Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daytoday functional and technical support troubleshooting issues implementing enhancements and ensuring smooth operation of the Oracle HRMS applications.
Responsibilities- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Core HR OTL and Payroll modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve enduser issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements analyze business processes and recommend bestfit solutions within Oracle HRMS.
- Support Oracle Payroll processes including payroll runs costing balancing and reporting.
- Assist with patch testing system upgrades and regression testing to ensure continued functionality.
- Work with technical teams (DBAs developers) to resolve system bugs customizations and enhancements.
- Maintain OTL configurations including time entry rules approvals and integration with Payroll.
- Provide training and documentation for endusers and internal support teams.
- Participate in implementation or rollout projects including data migration configuration and testing.
Qualifications- 37 years of experience in supporting Oracle EBS HRMS specifically: Core HR
- Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Oracle Payroll (US/UK/Other localization based on region)
- Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS tables APIs and workflows.
- Experience with Fast Formulas XML/BI Publisher reports and AME (Approval Management Engine).
- Familiarity with integrations between Oracle HRMS and other systems (e.g. finance benefits).
- Strong problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
