Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing professional accurate and timely responses.
  • Assist customers with productrelated questions issues and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support when necessary and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive customerfirst attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience empathy and professionalism.
  • No prior experience required comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer service tools and software.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to learning and problemsolving.
