HUGO BOSS are looking for an HR Contract Specialist Technical Specialist in Contracts & Payroll to join our company based in Madrid. C/ Rivera del Loira 810.
- Immediate incorporation.
- 40 hours/week.
- Permanent contract.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Employee Documentation Management.
- Personnel Administration: Hiring and Termination Absenteeism Sick Leaves Accidents Timekeeping Overtime Staff Accreditation.
- Preparation of Employment Contracts and their Management with Official Agencies.
- Inform and Update Collective Agreements.
- Manage the Process of Monthly Variables Changes in Work Schedules.
- Payroll and Severance Calculations.
- Employee Advisory.
- Bachelors Degree in Labor Relations Human Resourcesor similar.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency with Office 365 Suite; Excel Word PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CEGID program (Meta 4).
- Extensive knowledge in Social Security and SEPE management.
- Knowledge of SAP and Samesystem (highly valued).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong ability to manage functions and autonomy in the role.
- Ingles nivel alto B2
- Previous experience in HR and personnel management (Generalist).
