We are looking for a reliable and detailoriented General Office Assistant / Filing Clerk to support daily administrative operations. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy maintaining order in an office environment this opportunity could be right for you.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
Retrieve and file documents as needed by staff and management
Assist with data entry photocopying scanning and printing
Distribute and collect internal documents and correspondence
Ensure filing areas are neat secure and up to date
Support general administrative tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
Assist with stocktaking of office supplies and basic office errands
Provide ad hoc support to different departments when needed
Matric / Grade 12
12 years experience in a similar office administration or filing role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Word Excel Email)
Reliable punctual and able to work independently
Team player with a proactive attitude
Full Time
