Job Description

The Used Car Administrator will assist in the daily running of the Used Vehicle Sales Admin function and provide assistance to the Automotive Title Clerk when needed. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills be detail oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Coordinate the deal paperwork for the purchase of used vehicles

Process sales invoices (buyers orders)

Process wholesale titles

Carry out used vehicle transfers and purchases for wholesale

Maintain an efficient stock control for used vehicles

Monthly reconciling of used vehicle inventory

Handle queries regarding purchase of vehicles

Run regular database reports for inventory group

Responsible for logging in wholesale sales and reports monthly

Communication with Auction Personnel on any issues with sales or purchases of wholesales

Provide additional administrative support and backup coverage to the Automotive Title Clerk as needed

Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors

Assist with special projects as needed

Provide backup Accounting support as needed

Requirements:

Prefer 3 or more years of automotive experience

EFS Software (Title Tec/Autopoint) preferred

Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred

Office hours/work week MondayFriday 8:005:30 with occasional overtime required

Strong attention to detail

Excellent followthrough skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong verbal and communication skills

Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word Excel Outlook)
