Monday Friday 7:45 am to 6:10 pm Saturday 8:45 am to 4:15 pm40 hours per week
A Day in Your Life at Peoples Bank:
As a Customer Support Representative you will provide new and existing customers with high quality service and specialize in assessing customer needs over the phone at our call center. Additionally you will provide ongoing service pertaining to the Banks remote delivery channels (telephone website email VRU and Mobile Banking) and provide our customers with a clear understanding of the technical aspects of different delivery channels.
