The role:
As a Buyer Technical Services and Industrial Gases you will help drive our goals by:
Deliver the fullyear savings and cash flow target for Technical Services focusing on cost reduction and value maximization.
Achieve sustainable value creation by driving yearonyear productivity savings.
Actively manage a minimum of 80% of total spend within the Technical Services subcategory.
Develop gain stakeholder signoff and execute strategic sourcing processes to meet business requirements while ensuring optimal results with maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and maintain supplier management plans identify costsaving opportunities and coordinate efforts across Indirect and Capex Procurement.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
At least 5 years in Services procurement within the steel or heavy manufacturing sector focusing on MRO Mechanical and Electrical Technical Services.
Effective in leading remote multicultural teams across time zones; experienced in international environments with fluent English and able to build expertise in market intelligence innovation and category development..
Skilled in POlevel data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance; proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above) and ERP systems like SAP.
Proven ability to manage and execute projects in close collaboration with site teams along with strong experience in negotiating technical commercial and legal contract terms.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Mechanical Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
