25OTH29 Summer School Supervisors
LOCATION: Onsite: College Heights Secondary School (371 College Ave W Guelph ON) other locations throughout the UGDSB District and Online Learning
DATES & HOURS: June 30 2025 to July 25 2025; 6.5 hours/day
RATE of PAY: $70.00/hour
JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidates will support all of the UGDSB summer school programs including: secondary and reachahead online learning secondary and elementary specialized inperson programs throughout the UGDSB District
Specifically the summer school supervisors will:
Work with the Administration responsible for summer school
Ensure that the Summer School Program complies with Ministry of Education
Liaise with the other summer school supervisors Continuing Education staff Secondary Schools as needed
Oversee daily attendance during Summer School and meet with students as needed
Assist teachers with Google Classroom and BrightSpace setup and content as needed
Prepare for the staff meeting prior to the start of summer term
Support teachers and students as issues arise
REQUIREMENTS:
Principal Qualifications (Part 1) experience at the secondary school level is required
In good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
Experience using Google Classroom and BrightSpace
