Job Description
- Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure employees are following all safety operating procedures
- Help train and develop a highperforming team
- Ensure team is on pace and schedule
- Inspect garments that were sorted ensure sorting is being done correctly. Correct issues that are found
- Check HAACP daily ensure all HAACP procedures and being followed.
- Responsible for putting teams counts in hourly and daily.
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Remain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily
- Work overtime when needed
Education:
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
