Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include teaching four undergraduate courses per semester and holding a minimum of four office hours per week. The specific courses will vary based on a combination of departmental needs and instructor specialization; they may include Introduction to Psychology Statistics or Research Methods. Candidates should be prepared to teach Introduction to Psychology in sections of 90110 students as well as smaller sections of around 25.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a PhD PsyD or a doctorate in a field closely related to psychology. Applicants who are in the process of completing a doctorate will be considered although the degree must be completed by the time of appointment.
Desired Qualifications:
College level teaching experience is preferred.
