The Role
As Operations Manager youll be responsible for providing a bestinclass experience to our eaters and our chefs. You will work cross functionally with the Culinary Department and you will report to the Market Director.
Your time will be spent running the daily operations of the entire Miami market as well as driving improvement measures and operational strategy.
You will help to elevate the standard streamline processes and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen Warehouse Food Safety Fulfillment and Logistics departments ensuring they are all set for success. All this with a longterm mindset nurturing positive daily habits with special care on scalability and costefficiency.
Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday operations and hold a high level of accountability as a leader in your team while constantly pushing to meet targets and creating operational efficiencies.
- Youll be partnering with other teams such as Customer Experience Engineering and Product to develop strong processes to minimize errors and ensure maximum productivity.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects work prioritization planning and task delegation
- Insure continuous improvement to safety quality cost and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse
- Map out drive and continuously improve the daytoday operations in a hypergrowth environment effectively engaging motivating and directing the team to ensure ontime and accurate delivery of customer orders
- Implement a solid and efficient process and procedures for essential warehouse functions (receiving shipping and distribution) to ensure high productivity
Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in order fulfillment transportation and/or warehouse management operations
- Effective project management skills wellversed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
- Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail drive spreadsheets etc.)
- Experience using large databases and ecommerce frameworks (we use Magento and OnFleet)
- Ability to look around corners to anticipate problems before they arise with a proactive approach to innovation
- Proven ability to effectively motivate and manage a highperforming team
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Excitement for working in a fastpaced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
Requirements
- Knowledge of sustainability building practices and energy efficiency techniques and technology
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in the areas of collaboration team participation creative problemsolving conflict resolution group planning and decisionmaking
- Ability to motivate manage and train a team of employees
- Ability to create strategy and goals for team productivity and quality of work

- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

- Must be able to accommodate flexible working hours including early morning late night weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push and pull up to 100 pounds
- Work in temperature controlled environments

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.Pay Range for this position
$90000 $100000 USD
