We are currently seeking caring and collaborative Instructional Assistants to support our students and teachers for theschool year.

Elementary and Middle School positions are fulltime.
PreK position is parttime (12:005:00 p.m.).

Key Responsibilities Include:

Assisting classroom teachers with instructional and administrative tasks.
Supporting individual students and small groups across all subject areas.
Helping to build a collaborative studentcentered learning environment through team teaching modeling best practices and offering feedback.
Supervising students during recess and other unstructured times to ensure safety and community engagement.
Performing additional duties as assigned in support of the schools mission.

Communicate effectively with students families and colleagues.
Collaborate well within a team and contribute positively to school culture.
Maintain professionalism confidentiality and appropriate boundaries at all times.
Hold an AA or bachelors degree.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications. The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $25 depending on years of experience. For employees working at least 30 hours a week a comprehensive package of benefits is offered including two medical plan options dental vision life accidental death and disability long term disability pension 403(b) HSA FSA and generous sick leave vacation and holidays.
