Job Description
In your role youll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest is seeking a methodical and thoughtful Product Designer who has a passion for crafting intuitive consistent and delightful experiences. As a Product Designer II within the Measurement and Planning Design Team you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Pinterest Trends and Measurement products. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional partners and engage in highvisibility projects. Not only are you a problemsolver but also a swift executor driven by a passion for tackling complex challenges with userfriendly designs.
What youll do:
- Own revenue and user experience impactful projects by both executing the design and influencing others
- Design productssystematically interactively visuallywith pixellevel precision
- Collaborate closely with engineering product management and research to develop impactful usercentric and datainformed solutions
- Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and address needs
- Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases to ensure highquality execution of designs
- Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution across the team advocating for excellence and continuous improvement
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in design a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding craft skills and a passion for data and systems thinking. Ads or enterprise domain knowledge is a plus
- Adaptable selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced complex environments while consistently delivering impactful results
- Experience in balancing speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through optimizations
- Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems theyre solving
- Excellent product thinking and UX design skills
- High level of selfawareness with a growth mindset that is focused on impact
- Challenge the status quo push innovation and inspire people toward a unified outcome

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for inperson collaboration 12 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
