About the role
The Total Rewards Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of HR programs processes and activities that enhance both the effectiveness of the HR function and the overall employee experience. This role serves as the central point of coordination for Total Rewards initiatives facilitating smooth execution through program and project management process optimization and strategic use of AI and automation.
By coordinating employee recognition engagement and wellbeing programs maintaining uptodate Total Rewards communications and organizing key meetings and events the coordinator plays an important role in driving a positive and impactful employee experience. Additionally this role supports essential HR operations including purchasing invoicing reporting document control retention and departmental audits while also responding to select employee inquiries.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills keep attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
