Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cuttingedge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Payroll Assistant
Deliver highquality payroll services ensuring compliance with procedures legal regulations and customer requirements
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including transaction validation
Handle salary payments in the banking system monitor their status and manage any rejections
Perform statutory and compliance activities such as employee registration and tax filings or oversee their execution by thirdparty providers
Collaborate with senior employees to respond to queries or requests from local authorities
Report payroll activities accurately and on time escalating any risks to payroll processing or deadlines as needed
Support yearend processes and other countryspecific payroll activities outside of regular monthly payroll runs
Update procedures when required.
1 year of experience in HR Benefits Finance or Payroll operations
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Experience with SAP HR & Payroll and Microsoft Office
An ability to understand both detailed aspects and the broader context of processes
Sense of ownership of assigned tasks
Analytical skills attention to details energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals team working skills good work organization.
German language knowledge at B2 or higher level.
