Job Description
We want to add a talented Machine Set Up Operator to our team!! COULD THAT BE YOU
PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of nonthreaded fasteners located in Hustisford WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Machine Setup Operator* position.
This person would learn to set up troubleshoot and operate a variety of our machinery (position would primarily set up and operator our automated Lanyard Machines but would be expected to cross train to other departments as needed).
*Full Time 1st Shift (MonThurs 4am2:30pm).*
Salary starting is $25/hour with room to grow from there.
The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations so we are looking for *experienced candidates*with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities first and foremost.
*Requirements:*
*Experience in Manufacturing Machining required required experienced**working with Metal*
**Strong mechanical aptitude**
**Prior experience (2years) and ability to do machine setups and troubleshoot mechanical problems i.e. adjusting cams**
*Ability to work independently*
Excellent attention to detail ability to use close tolerance measuring tools
Ability to perform repetitive motion standing in one place for extended periods of time
Ability to read and understand blueprints Q.C. sheets and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts while meeting expected production rate output.
