1 . Skills Required : MySQL DBA
- MySQL AWS RDS AWS AURORA working knowledge is a Must
- Replication
- AWS Admin
- User Management
- Machine Creation (Manual or by Terraform)
- AMI creation
- Backup and restoration
Job Responsibilities : MYSQL DBA
- Manage and maintain MySQL databases hosted on AWS RDS and Aurora
- Set up and troubleshoot database replication for high availability and performance
- Perform routine AWS administrative tasks including:
- User access management
- AMI creation and management
- Backup and restoration strategies
- EC2 instance provisioning (manual or via Terraform)
- Monitor database performance optimize queries and ensure data integrity
- Implement security best practices for database and AWS environments
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams for infrastructure improvements
2 . Job Responsibilities : PostgreSQL DBA
- 5 years of database experience in RDBMS environment.
- Handson experience handling operational tasks of RDBMS Databases (Postgres Oracle or SQL Server Cloud SQL Aurora) supporting and maintaining the productiongrade environments database upgrade/downgrade capacity expansion backup and recovery performance tuning.
- Postgres or Oracle
- DB Backup Recovery
- DB Performance Monitoring
