Job Description
Minimum: Associates degree in computer programming or a relevant field.
Preferred: Bachelors degree.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Suite Proficiency (Excel SharePoint etc.).
Basic Data Modeling (logical and physical).
Analytical Skills (ability to interpret statistical results).
Database Tools (familiarity with SQL Oracle or similar).
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Caterpillar systems/facilities.
Supply chain or manufacturing process acumen.
Job Description
o Test modify and maintain databases.
o Correct errors and collaborate with analysts/programmers.
o Support capacity planning by analyzing product demand.
o Maintain statistical models (e.g. ECR-S tools SCOPE Process).
o Lead moderately complex projects (e.g. updating SharePoint schedules).
o Investigate manufacturing capabilities and propose solutions.
o Present insights to team members and stakeholders.
Input/manage data in ECR-S tools.
Coordinate and maintain analysis results.
Collaborate with a team of 4 (onsite).
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal/written communication.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and manage time independently.
Tools Used:
Microsoft Suite (Excel SharePoint).
Database tools (SQL Oracle Visual Basic).
Key Notes
