Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic Director of Operations to manage our growing property portfolio. This role demands a highly capable professional with a deep understanding of property management including leasing compliance financing tenant relations and regulatory standards.
The right candidate is a strategic thinker and operational expert whos ready to lead daytoday execution while driving longterm growth. Responsibilities include managing leaseups navigating complex loans overseeing compliance and leading internal teams to maintain toptier performance and accountability.
This fulltime inoffice role is within an allfemale team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing renewals tenant communications and property performance
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and financial requirements
- Lead and mentor internal teams for optimal efficiency
- Handle loan processes and property financing
- Implement operational strategies for growth and cost efficiency
- Track KPIs and ensure smooth leaseup processes
Qualifications:
- Extensive property management experience (minimum 57 years preferred)
- Deep knowledge of leasing compliance and finance
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in relevant software and property management tools
- Detailoriented solutionsdriven and highly accountable
Location: Brooklyn NY
Salary: $120K$160K
