- Communicate with internet sales leads through phone calls text messages and emails and schedule inperson appointments for sales representatives.
- Nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop knowledge about various vehicles and sales products.
- Keep detailed notes about interactions with customers and manage daily tasks.
- Create follow up plans for customers and maintain regular communication with them.
- Work well individually and with a team.
- Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
- Proficientin online communication tools and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Be a selfstarter and exhibit time management skills.
- Ready to learn about various makes and models of vehicles.
- Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Speaking Spanish or a second language is idealbut not required.
